Your tasks:

• Processing of offers and order processing
• appointment coordination
• Technical customer advice and support
• Tracing and shipping of acceptance logs
• Communication with customers and suppliers
• Processing of shipping processes in Germany and abroad
• Processing of goods and complaints
• Service warehouse support

Your profile:

• Complete technical or commercial training
• Preferably experience in customer service in machine and plant engineering
• Solid knowledge of the application of MS Office and ideally SAP
• Very good knowledge of German and English; French knowledge is advantageous
• Self-employed, reliable and independent
• Representative sales and customer-oriented personality
• Teamability, flexibility and proactive action
