Production management (m/f/d)

As a production line (m/w/d), you are entirely responsible for the entire production process – from milk intake to processing to filling and loading of finished products. Your tasks include the organisation, leadership and motivation of your team and the targeted professional and personal development of the employees. You take over projects independently and develop sustainable optimization measures in the areas of product quality, processing efficiency and plant availability that you consistently implement. In addition, you will continuously establish and promote CSDP structures and ensure compliance with company-wide requirements in the areas of quality, work safety and sustainability. In close coordination with the factory management, you proactively support the planning, coordination and implementation of strategic and operational projects. In addition, network closely with relevant functions within the group of companies to identify best practices and successfully implement them at the site. Your area of responsibility is rounded off by your involvement in budget planning and ensuring the achievement of the defined work goals.

You have a degree as a dairy master / motel technician (m/w/d) or a completed study in the field of food technology, dairy technology or a comparable degree course. You have several years of experience in the management of employees and executives in the production environment and understand how to promote, motivate and discover hidden potentials. In the practical application of Lean methods, you are safe and have profound experience in optimizing processes and structures. Your strong communication and persuasiveness are used effectively in everyday work. In addition, you have a high IT affinity and the motivation to actively shape and drive changes.
