Multi-project manager for digital HR solutions (m/f/d)

As a multi-project manager, you take responsibility for the introduction of modern HR processes at customers from the middle to the international large group. You are the central point of intersection between customers and our consultants and take the lead in high-level project management. You act as a driving force in the transformation process and guide customers through all phases of the project. You negotiate solution-oriented, support decision-making processes and ensure constructive cooperation between HR, IT and C levels. You advise on the development and maintenance of long-term customer relationships.

You bring several years of professional experience in managing complex digitalization or transformation projects. Digitalization drives you and you understand IT-supported processes as an opportunity to develop organizations sustainably. Strategic thinking, enthusiasm and capacity for implementation are a key feature. On the different levels from HR and IT management to the Board of Management, you are confident.
