Statistical Office of the European Communities Personnel and billing data: maintenance, management and updating of personnel and billing data in the standard accounting systems (e.g. DATEV) Reports and proofs: Creation and timely transmission of social insurance legislation, proof of contribution and pay tax declarations Mandant counselling: Competent Person for Mandant: Women in the case of tax and social insurance issues Communication: Communication and coordination with financial authorities, health insurance companies and social insurance institutions Examination: Accompanying and supporting the client: in the case of pay tax and social insurance examinations

Completed training as a wage-book holder:in or tax-paid Multiannual practical experience in payroll accounting Funded and up-to-date expertise in wage and social insurance law Safe handling of common wage billing programs, knowledge in DATEV are advantageous Self­employed, struc­tured and careful Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Imprinted communication strength and service-oriented handling of clients
