You begin your training with a basic course of metal technology, in which the basics of metal processing are taught to you in our training workshop. You will also learn, for example, conventional turning and milling, CNC turning and milling, the basics in the field of CAD and 3D printing. After a few weeks, you've been working on real company orders or projects where you yourself are responsible for planning, processing and quality control. After a few months, the company's run begins, in which you can learn more valuable expertise in various departments of our work. Before the two tests, you will be prepared in detail at the training workshop.

You have at least a good real/main school degree. We require good basic knowledge in mathematics and physics as well as craftsmanship. You are passionate about different technical situations and enjoy dealing with modern technical systems. In addition, you are convinced by readiness to learn, a high degree of reliability and team skills. Very good knowledge of the German language in word and writing (at least level B2) complete your profile.

The training takes place at the Lippstadt plant in our own state-of-the-art training workshop. The care of our approx. 60 trainees are trained by four professional, experienced and engaged trainers. The duration of training is 3.5 years. For example, a shortening to 3 years is possible with appropriate performance. The theoretical part of the training takes place on 1-2 days a week at the Lippe-Berufskolleg in Lippstadt. The other 3-4 days you are in operation with us to learn the practical content of the training. The weekly training period is 35 hours. The training is paid in accordance with the collective agreement and is €1,242.96 (brutto). After training, takeover opportunities are very good. For the training period, you will receive our own tablet. Numerous health and training measures complete our offer.
