Junior Buyer - Technical Purchasing / Assistant (m/f/d)

Our employees in the fields of construction, electrical engineering, manufacturing, software as well as assembly implement projects at the Dohna site for large international customers such as Nestlé, Lindt or GlaxoSmithKline. You support the Heads in Technical Purchasing in Operational and Administrative Day Business You organize and coordinate appointments, meetings and business trips You act as an interface between technical purchasing, specialist departments and external partners You take on departmental projects with changing, challenging tasks You process customer requests, offers and orders You perform general office and organization tasks and work in the fleet and facility management

You have a successfully completed commercial or technical training with further training in purchasing or a comparable qualification As an alternative, you are motivated and qualified professional starters (m/w/d) You have very good German knowledge (at least C1 level) and good English knowledge in word and writing You are safe in handling MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ideally have knowledge in SelectLine You have a strong organizational ability, discretion and loyalty You work independently, structured and reliable and have a friendly, sovereign appearance and high communication skills You have a class B licence
