This makes this job interesting for me: 50Hertz has been committed for a long time for the energy transition. I work on high-voltage devices in air-insulated and gas-insulated switching systems. I carry out the maintenance, repair and diagnostic activities on the large transformers (e.g. 380 kV/ 110 kV/ 30 kV), circuit breakers, disconnectors, transducers, surge arresters etc. in the 50Hertz transformers in cooperation with colleagues. In addition, I carry out repair projects (e.g. replacement of individual components, pumps, fans, monitoring devices) and check the functionality fully before the subsequent commissioning. In doing so, I'm on my way across the network and I'm introducing my expertise wherever it is urgently needed. My tasks: maintenance, repair and diagnostic activities on high-voltage devices (large transformer, circuit breakers, disconnectors, surge arresters, etc.) as part of maintenance, assembly, disassembly and adjustment activities on these high-voltage devices, Exchange of individual components (e.g. pumps, fans, monitoring devices) within the framework of repair projects including function test, Regular, multi-day journeys with overnight stays throughout the 50Hertz network area.
