Support for the main purchase in the processing of the entire purchasing process for goods from Asia and Europe Participation in monitoring delivery dates, import procedures and proper implementation of all product imports Creation and maintenance of statistics, evaluations and price analyses to prepare purchasing decisions Support in complaint processing and communication with international suppliers Maintenance and updating of master data in the commodity management system Takeover of general expertise in purchasing, e.g. order processing, document management and correspondence Participation in the optimization of goods availability and inventory control Support in the creation of demand planning close cooperation with logistics; E-Com and sales to ensure smooth processes Your development perspective Stepwise takeover of own shopping areas Establishment of negotiating competence and supplier management Possibility to develop professionally and personally to/from the buyer Participation in internal and external developments in purchasing, import and product management Perspective to make independent purchasing decisions in the medium term

a completed commercial vocational training, first professional experience in the purchasing and procurement environment are desirable Organizational staff and an independent and targeted working method analytical and economic thinking Experience in handling a goods management system and MS Office applications, especially Excel good knowledge of German and English
