Hessen (AKH) is a professional self-government based in Wiesbaden. It represents the interests of around 11,300 architects, interior designers, urban planners and landscape architects at national and federal level and in the European context. The AKH promotes, among other things, the know-how of its members, promotes the debate on contemporary architecture and resilient urban development, advises its members and third parties in various (right) questions and monitors the compliance of professional duties by its members. In the legal department of AKH we combine legal advice, professional self-government and legal representation of interests. You work at the interface of members, bodies, administration and politics and help to deal with legal issues in a practical, reliable and forward-looking manner. To strengthen our legal repository, we are looking for a Senior Consultant (m/d) (part time)

First consultation of members and third parties on legal issues relating to construction projects, in particular in building and architect law Advising members on questions of professional law, including the right to work Legal support of the AKH bodies, analysis of legal developments and legal design in the field of statutory law and internal rules Support for the AKH Conciliation Committee Participation in the representation of legal interests at national and federal level Participation in the work of the committees and the independent management of bodies Observation and, where appropriate, enforcement of the proper management of the profession

Completion of both legal State Examina with a total of at least 10 points three or more years of professional experience, ideally in administration or in association responsibilities and, where appropriate, Interest in the medium term also to assume responsibility for leadership Generalist legal listing with openness for private and public building, architect and award law independent and systematic operation very good oral and written expressiveness Joy in dealing with people in business and politics
