Type of employment: Limited Working time: Full time Place of work: Wernau (Neckar) As a master of science in the process management study program, with the focus on “Technical Processes” you support us in the field of “Business Digital Office” in digitizing customer processes and implementing international IT projects. In the dual training system at the Bosch Home Comfort Group, theory and practice are closely linked. Qualified lecturers as well as lecturers of the Dual Universities teach you theoretical knowledge while collecting your practical experience in the company. You work in a team on strategically relevant international IT projects and business process concepts focusing on sales and marketing. You can also design the global template development and rollout planning of IT projects in the Enterprise Resource Planning (S/4HANA) and e-commerce sector. In addition, you support various sales and service functions as part of controlling and improving IT business processes. In doing so, you will put the main topics of the study subjects into practice. Education: Bachelor in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Economics, Digital Media or Similar Experiences and know-how: first experience in IT project management, GenAI and process management in sales processes based on SAP desirable Personality and mode of operation: you are strong in communication and safe in appearance in an international environment; you adapt flexibly to new requirements, inspire for new topics, work team-oriented and always take responsibility Enthusiasm: Affinity for IT Languages: very good German and English skills
