Engineer / Architect / Technicians for the call Key Construction (m/w/d)

Stuttgart, Germany You take over the preparation of the tender documents for the award of non-technical extension services including: the building envelope for demanding building projects You will check the contract documents of our works, determine the service set and set up the service directories based on plans and descriptions You agree with project management, internal specialist departments and planners You provide information on technical and economic optimizations as well as deviations from the contract. You support project management and purchasing in the technical procurement negotiations with the subcontractors.

You have a completed construction engineering degree or architecture or a comparable training You can first professional experience in the tendering and/or coordination of construction projects Alternatively, you have experience in the construction management of construction projects and are ready to face the call as a new professional challenge You bring good computer knowledge and experience with measurement and calculation software, ideally with Bluebeam, RIB iTWO You can organize well and work in the team
