Business Services – The interface between technology and humans Central point of contact for our internal users: within the Core Banking Platform and associated satellite applications – whether internally developed or externally operated Manage the Incidents via the central IT service tool – reliable, transparent and solution-oriented Control of communication in case of disturbances – by mail, crisis cases or in post-mortem analyses – and coordination with other IT teams Quality matters Definition and creation of reports and KPIs for monitoring and optimising service quality Development of new processes in the Incident & Problem Management – with the goal: less “Run-the-Bank” Support of the cyber security team in IT security management – strong together for more security

Successfully completed university studies in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or a comparable subject with a focus on IT Functional knowledge of the financial chain (front-to-back chain) Negotiating German and English knowledge required in word and writing First experience with JIRA and SQL of advantage
