Your tasks:

Your responsibilities

• Guide production line
• Discipline and professional leadership of employees:inside
• Ensuring smooth production and minimizing faulty parts
• Control and updating of relevant work instructions and inventory
• Cooperation with other departments to solve technical problems
• Maintenance of series production with regard to product changes and product improvements
• Ensuring and monitoring all relevant safety regulations
• Introduction, qualification and coaching of assigned employees:
• Creating reports and production statistics
• Reporting to the plant manager on current figures and statistics

Your qualifications:

Your profile (m/w/d) or technician (m/w/d)

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment as a layer conductor/in
• Experience from the automotive industry desirable
• Excellent interpersonal and communicative skills
• Very good German knowledge in word and writing, also in English
• Good knowledge with ERP systems, at best SAP
