Coordination and control of external logistics service providers in operational daily business Ensuring compliance with agreed service levels as well as quality and appointment requirements Central respondent for operational issues, process deviations and their clarification Coordination of start-up, conversion and run-out processes for outsourced logistics services according to the specified requirements Coordination and coordination of operations between internal departments and external logistics service providers (3PL) Support in the implementation and further development of defined process and quality standards Ensure proper documentation and support in compliance with agreed processes Ensuring a smooth flow of information between all stakeholders, in particular through the use of SAP and relevant reports Examination of performance certificates and settlements of external service providers Support in cost control and monitoring compliance with contractually agreed conditions Participation in the creation and updating of risk assessments Ensuring compliance with order and cleanliness as well as the applicable rules on occupational, health, environmental and fire protection, hazardous goods and the integrated management system

Successfully completed commercial training in the field of forwarding and logistics, wholesale and foreign trade or industry or Training for the specialist in warehouse logistics with corresponding further training Embossed analytical thinking capacity as well as a structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working Proactive operation, strong team spirit and the ability to react flexibly to changing requirements Practical experience in handling SAP Good knowledge of current MS Office applications Very good German knowledge of word and writing as well as good English knowledge
