Working on a concept for an ERP and MES system of the future in close cooperation with IT and various departments Designing the business processes of the future in an international environment Analysis of business processes in administrative and production areas, support in the implementation of new processes in specialist departments, design of improvements in the ERP system together with the departments and take over the training of users Takeover of the management of projects, independent management in all phases of the project and management of the project members to succeed Function as project-related contact person and interface to all participating departments

Successfully completed economic/industrial/economy degree and professional experience in managing classic and agile projects Communication skills, competent handling of all levels of business, methodological and structured, independent working and enforcement Target and result-oriented personality as well as sovereign and safe occurrence German and English knowledge in word and writing and ideally knowledge in another language (Portuguese/Spanish) and readiness for international cooperation Responsible, entrepreneurial thinking and action in the team and interest in new topics
