Senior Account Manager (m/w/d)

You support the Head of the Warehouse department in all organizational and operational tasks in the daily business and thus ensure a smooth operation. You are the first contact person on the area for daily challenges of the operational business for the team leaders and the staff office in the warehouse area. As a motivating manager, you act as the leader of the camp team, organize the personnel deployment and promote positive cooperation. In addition to the warehouse manager, you bear the responsibility of operating personnel management. With a clear look for processes, you are looking for the implementation of predefined structures and supporting the team in the successful day-to-day business. You work closely with the warehouse management and ensure an open exchange through direct feedback. Through your ideas and commitment, you actively participate in the optimization of processes and structures in the camp.

You have a completed commercial training/studies/specialist with several years of experience in logistics, logistics management or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you bring several years of professional experience in warehouse logistics – preferably in the food sector. Leadership experience and a good sense of team coordination are yours. A structured and reliable way of working is of course for you, and you are always able to understand complex facts and to convey them in understandable work instructions. Also in work-intensive phases, you remain resilient and are ready to act as a model for your area of responsibility. You're a paying partner and you know well with the applications and programs in the MS Office 365 world.
