We are currently looking for a Specialist Technical Customer Support that will be responsible for remote support on Life Science devices (including flow cytometry and centrifugation) for the Netherlands, Germany and Austria region.

The technical 1st level support by phone and email. Coordinating and disposing of field service operations. Creating and tracking offers. The documentation of concerns in the customer support system. Administrative work

A completed training as MTA or BTA, alternatively a technical training or the completion of a technical school/university in the field of electrical engineering, medical technology, media technology, mechatronics, precision engineering, or a similar field of expertise. They have several years of practical experience in a comparable position with a pronounced customer service mentality. Very good knowledge of English, as well as reliable knowledge of German Routined handling of Microsoft Office They are very well organized, show a high self-initiative and communicate safely with different hierarchy levels. It would be advantageous if you also have previous experience in the following areas: Good Dutch knowledge Experience in MRP Experience in the environment of an internationally active group
