Support in the planning, coordination and implementation of user adoption and change management strategies Help with the organisation and implementation of workshops and training Cooperation in the coordination and documentation of IT projects and support of project management Supporting the MS teams community, creating posts (tips, best practices, FAQs) and answering user questions Close cooperation with specialist areas for the successful implementation of IT projects Designing content to promote user adoption and optimal use of new solutions Creation and maintenance of communication materials and training documents

Current studies in Business/Communication Psychology, Media Management, Communication Design or Similar Studies First Experience User Adoption / Change Management in the implementation of workshops and trainings as well as in the preparation of training documents and communication materials High IT affinity and interest Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions (teams, SharePoint) Interest in the active design of the interface Business – IT Good understanding of change and transformation processes, openness to new topics, formats and diverse projects Very good communication skills and comprehensible communication of complex content German and English skills
