Your tasks:

• Cooperation in the construction of a directional line concept (Line) Balancing)
• Close exchange with engineering regarding new design concepts
• The implementation of innovative device concepts
• Examination and approval of new building documents
• Construction consulting for new and further developments
• Creation of all relevant manufacturing engineering data
• Examination and approval of building documents by sectoral standards and technical experience values
• Creation of basic data in SAP (piece list, production plan, ...) by sectoral standards
• Create SOI (Standard Operating Instruction)
• The implementation of cost calculations is to actual comparisons of Production costs
• Support for the production areas and the solution of manufacturing problems
• Editing quality reports and taxing Design changes
• Work on projects within the work preparation (Optimisation of procedures, working standards and methods)
• Participation of PFMEA to determine test requirements

Your profile:

• completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic or Industrial mechanic with completed further training on the technician/ Professional or comparable qualifications
• Completed training in the field of MTM and REFA
• Experience in construction and development desirable
• Experience in 3D CAD systems like CATIA V5 desirable
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP/ R3
• German language skills
• Advanced English skills
• readiness to travel
