The Department Analysis and Design of Human System Interaction specifies and defines the systems of information technology (IT, electronic information and data processing). It is responsible for all interfaces to the operators (m/w/d) of the overall system and thus bears the technical responsibility for defining, describing and securing the interaction logic.

Disciplinary and professional responsibility incl. Construction and development of user-centred system architecture for our vehicles Collection, structuring and maintenance of stakeholder, user and operating requirements Representation of the Human/User-Zentrierten-Sicht in cross-area and domain bodies as well as close coordination with other specialist departments in the overall vehicle development process Establishment, standardization and continuous improvement of methods, processes and toolchains in requirements engineering, user/stakeholder analysis & HMI/UI/UX conception Planning, implementation and evaluation of user and stakeholders workshops, reviews and validation activities (e.g. user tests, driving tests, simulations) time, quality and cost-appropriate delivery of the goods Organisational and methodological development of the department, design of roles, competencies & tool landscape and promotion of culture-pregnating, interdisciplinary cooperation within the department and with the product-driven areas This place can be occupied in Kassel or Kiel.

Completed university degree (M.Sc.) of electrical engineering, computer science, mechatronics, systems engineering, psychology/human factors or a comparable technical or technical-psychological study program Multiannual professional experience in the automotive environment in system development, requirements engineering and/or in the HMI/UI/UX conception, ideally with responsibility for systemic user and stakeholders requirements Funded knowledge in system engineering, safe handling of requirements management tools (e.g. DOORS) as well as experience in modeling scenarios and use cases Experience with user-centric methods and their implementation in clear, verifiable system requirements Good knowledge of relevant standards and standards in the automotive environment as well as ideal foundations in ergonomic and HMI-related guidelines and standards Detectable leadership and experience in the construction, development and control of interdisciplinary teams in the development or system engineering environment Embossed communication and moderation capabilities, high stakeholder orientation and experience in the preparation and implementation of workshops with departments, management, customers and suppliers A structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach combined with pragmatism and decision strength in a complex, safety-critical system environment Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, as well as the willingness to occasionally travel within the framework of project, customer and supplier agreements
