Spare Parts Coordinator * (m/f/d)

Liebherr-Hamburg GmbH is responsible for the support of the ship-, port-mobile and offshore cranes as well as the hydro-rope excavator, caterpillar cranes and special depth construction machines of Liebherr in various regions of the world. Creating fascinating: Your Tasks

• Competent contact for our customers and suppliers
• Active sale of spare and wear parts
• Supply and order processing including project support and invoice
• Monitoring the timely fulfillment of the spare parts delivery
• Identification of required spare parts, e.g. by evaluation of assembly reports and inventory recordings
• Cross-departmental organisation and coordination of large orders in relation to spare parts supply

Bringing strengths: your qualifications

• Completed commercial or technical training
• Multiannual professional experience in technical field
• Experience with an ERP system
• Secure handling of Microsoft Office
• High customer and service orientation as well as pronounced problem solving competence
• Flexibility, reliability and team capability
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
