Consulting of customers (m/w/d) on funding opportunities offered by IFB Hamburg and KfW in the areas of modernisation of residential buildings as well as environmental and climate protection Technical information on technical measures, planning and construction and energy issues and requirements within the framework of the funding programmes Information from customers (m/w/d) on the economic and legal impact of the planned measures resulting from the promotion Examination of the eligible measures, structuring of the aid together with the applicants and determining the amounts of aid Processing of applications for funding with examination of technical application documents and the evidence of use in the case of construction Plausibility of eligible investment costs and living areas, as well as energy planning and coordination of construction and financing plans Cooperation with external partners, conception of internal and external events, as well as lecture activities to promote modernisation

You have a degree in the field of civil engineering or architecture with relevant professional experience or a comparable qualification You work safely and routined with popular MS Office applications and have ideally gained experience with SAP. You are motivated to competently accompany customers (m/w/d) in technical issues for the modernization of rental homes and to promote sustainable solutions. You like to join the team and have a high level of commitment and a strong service orientation. A structured, self-responsible manner of operation as well as a sovereign occurrence and communication capability in exchange with internal and external opponents round off your profile.
