Our core competencies are the planning and control of complex and innovative construction projects (reconstruction and inventory), combined with sustainable economic and ecological added value. A wide range of technical projects, from feasibility studies to large-scale projects, both for private and public contractors, forms a substantial part of our portfolio. We are looking for you as a state-of-the-art manager, with a view to the practical implementation of the projects at the construction site and the ability to create added value for your customers. Become part of our teams in Northern Germany and are responsible as Senior Project Managers:in various projects of the public sector as well as in Real Estate. This position is also possible in parttime (80%). Project management of demanding construction projects from planning, execution and commissioning The project managers:inside the project Technical, economic and organizational construction consulting Proactive management of existing customer relationships as well as the negotiation and creation of offers Use of synergy effects from personal experiences, networks and best practices for continuous process optimization

Complete study of civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification Multiannual white experience in the project management of construction projects, in particular in the management of construction sites Very good knowledge of HOAI, AHO, VOB as well as good knowledge about MS project or comparable tools Interest in project-dependent travel in Northern Germany (5%) Joy in cross-departmental networking and interaction with different project participants Enjoy generating added value for our customers
