As part of your area of responsibility, you actively shape the entry of young people into the professional world in the healthcare sector – through a structured coordination of internship and study processes as well as close cooperation with our specialist areas – we look forward to your application!

Tasks:

• Own-sponsored organization and supervision of all processes around internships and student programs – from initial contact to completion
• Control of the entire recruitment and care process: from the selection of suitable applicants, contract and certification management to the holistic support along the Employee Lifecycle
• Close, trusted cooperation with specialist departments, interfaces and stakeholders to ensure smooth running

Requirements:

• Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with further training in the staff sector
• Experience in the field of recruiting, contracting or preferably in the care of trainees and students
• Structured, independent and reliable operation
• A high level of communication skills, organization skills and reliability
• Found MS Office knowledge, especially Word and Excel
• Secure handling of SAP-HR and applicant management software (d.vinci) **
