Head of Production, Construction and Maintenance (m/f/d)

General Manager of the Production Building and Maintenance Division with Ensuring an efficient, quality and timely execution: Planning, control and implementation of custom and product adaptation projects for equipment including own development solutions in cooperation with product development (software, hardware, board test) and maintenance Management and processing of complex, cross-sector projects with diverse internal and external interfaces (product development, manufacturing, purchasing, suppliers) Disciplinary and professional leadership of about 40 employees as well as continuous development of the organisation and competences Responsibility for the capacity planning of equipment and test systems to secure the production plan Analysis, assessment and selection of appropriate resources in accordance with the defined process taking into account cost-effectiveness and budget requirements Planning and implementation of the installation, connection and commissioning of new equipment including necessary building installations in cooperation with the Facility Management Responsible for the geodetic (measurement and calibration of the motion simulators) Supporting Director Operations in the development and implementation of cross-product resources strategies and future-oriented technology concepts Development and implementation of sustainable and efficient maintenance strategies for simple tools and complex and automated systems Ensuring the availability and technical performance of the equipment Planning and implementation of operational relocations taking into account costs, time and risk

You have a successfully completed university degree in the field of electrical engineering, computer science or another comparable degree course Influential professional experience in the development, implementation and operation of complex, automated equipment and test systems Experience found in the test of mechanical, fiber-optic and micromechanical sensors as well as corresponding systems Experience in the testing and qualification of optical components and electronic modules You have combined leadership experience with decision-making and enforcement Good knowledge of SAP as well as safe application of common project planning methods and tools You have good English skills in word and writing Own initiative and sense of responsibility as well as communication skills and team spirit complete your profile
