Tasks

Design and implementation of attractive shop window and sales room decorations

• Development and implementation of visual mechandising concepts for sales promotion
• Regular adjustment of product presentation to seasonal trends and sales -Working with the marketing and sales team to optimize product presentation
• Training and support of sales staff in relation to Visual Merchandising

Requirements profile

Completed training in visual merchandising, interior design or a comparable qualification

• Professional experience in visual merchandising, ideally in fashion retail -Creativity and a pronounced sense of trends and aesthetics -Good organizational skills and a high degree of self-initiative -Teamability and communication strength -Flexibility and willingness to occasional weekend and public holidays
