Business Controller Business Unit Collaboration@Work (m/f/d)

You are a Sparring Partner of the Collaboration@Work (COWO) business unit for all relevant issues concerning growth, investment and profitability You act as an analyst, consultants and idea-makers across all hierarchy levels - focusing on sales and marketing controlling. Your daily work includes the analysis and assessment of business development as well as the derivation of recommendations for action to optimize earnings. You support the creation of business cases and their critical appreciation to ensure data-based decision-making. You can arrange the preparation of the annual planning and the under-year forecasts in close cooperation with the department management. You are responsible for creating profitability analyses and scenarios for evaluating and deriving measures to increase efficiency. You will also conduct ad hoc analyses and special projects to support strategic decisions of the business area. You proactively promote the further development of the business controller with regard to new topics, methods and tools.

Successfully completed study of economics or a comparable degree programme. Multiannual relevant professional experience as a business partner in controlling an international company - ideally focusing on sales and marketing controlling. Quick conception, pronounced analytical skills and a strong business confession characterize you. Team player with an independent and structured working method Secure handling of SAP, MS Office and Microsoft teams; Experiences with Lucanet, Jedox and user knowledge in Power BI are desirable. Very good English skills in word and writing
