Consultant System Coordination Purchasing & Logistics (a*)

The IT systems used in purchasing and logistics – mainly off SAP (e.g. eProcurement, purchasing acts, supplier portals) – are comprehensive, including user support, design and implementation of training, and the creation and maintenance of system manuals. Improvements to existing systems and interfaces along the purchasing and logistics processes are identified and implemented – including the creation of specialist concepts and the execution of tests for new or modified functions. When selecting, designing and implementing new IT applications in purchasing and logistics, you will take part in the planning, coordination and execution of tests, taking into account economic efficiency, compliance and user needs. In close cooperation with other stakeholders in purchasing and logistics (scientific users, SAP system coordination, digitalization/AI), you work in projects and conduct part-projects in the area of purchasing and logistics systems. In your topics, you will see the central technical interface between purchasing, logistics and IT as well as external service providers that may be used.

A university degree in a relevant field forms the basis of your profile. Multiannual professional experience in supply chain management – ideally in an industrial or infrastructure company – you are already bringing along. In addition, you have good user knowledge in IT systems in purchasing and logistics, including SAP-MM. Ideally, you know the basics of public procurement law (e.g. SektVO) or are willing to acquire them at short notice. A strong affinity for IT themes and the willingness to continuously develop yourself in the dynamic IT world are a feature. Analytical thinking, high problem-solving competence and structured work belong to your particular strengths. You also bring a high level of cooperation and team skills and a strong customer orientation towards internal stakeholders. To communicate clearly and addressably – even in the case of technical and professional content – you can easily get involved. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing complete your profile
