As Head of Department Food (m/w/d), ensure the smooth running of all processes within your department. You are a contact person for our customers from the gastronomy and responsible for managing your team. Team management: You carry your team in the wholesale market independently, plan personnel deployment and support your team in personal and professional development Customer service: You convince our customers through competent advice and accommodating service around your product range meat Control of the goods sector: You ensure the flow of goods, from the order of goods to the attractive presentation of goods to the sale, and have the cost and revenue development in mind Progress: You know the needs of our customers and help us develop and optimize our processes

(m/w/d), retail trader (m/w/d), seller (m/w/d) or butcher (m/w/d), meat retailer (m/w/d)) Leadership experience: Through your experience from a comparable position, you know how to guide and motivate a team Experience and knowledge: You have experiences with various product groups in trade and a safe handling of MS-Office Customer orientation: Your pleasure in dealing with people and your enthusiasm for trade contribute to our customers always being satisfied with our service Organizer: You act responsibly and keep an overview in stress situations Ready to use: You are ready to work in the two-layer system
