Creation of texts for external and internal communication (intranet, newsletter, career page etc.) Supporting employers' assessment platforms. Planning of events in cooperation with Recruiting. Close cooperation with other departments within IONOS (e.g. branding, internal communication). Support for day-to-day operations and further initiatives in the field of Employer Branding. Qualifications An advanced degree in economics, marketing or communication. Editorial skill and feel for design. First experiences in dealing with CMS and Canva are a plus. High affinity for employer branding and HR topics as well as interest in personal marketing and corporate culture. You speak German and English fluently.
