The tax department at ROSSMANN is an integral part of our corporate success. It is responsible for the systematic collection, monitoring and evaluation of all business processes that can be expressed in figures. Total Responsibility: As Head of Tax, you take responsibility for the entire range of tax issues in the ROSSMANN Group and ensure compliance with all relevant national and international tax laws and regulations (including corporate tax, commercial tax, turnover tax, basic income tax) Development: The further development of our tax area will help you actively and ensure smooth operations in all matters Leadership: You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership and development of the existing team Examination: You actively participate in the coordination and verification of tax returns and tax balances of German companies. In addition, you control and supervise the tax audit Communication and optimization: Your working day is varied: You are contact persons for internal and external interfaces, optimize processes, interact with cross-disciplinary topics and drive our digitalization

Qualification: A successfully completed business studies, ideally with a focus on taxes, or a comparable career forms your basis. A deposited tax consultant exam is desirable for us Professional experience: You have several years of professional experience in the field of corporate taxes of a larger company or in a leading audit or audit Tax consultancy, of which at least three years in a comparable management position Competence: You bring comprehensive and profound knowledge of German and international tax law, in particular in the fields of corporate tax, trade tax, turnover tax and billing prices Digital & IT competence: You have very good IT skills, especially in Excel, and ideally experience dealing with DATEV and Business Central Working methods: Ad-hoc requests do not get out of the concept, because you work analytically, conceptually strong, structured and result-oriented and keep an overview even in complex situations Personality: A high level of self-initiative and sense of responsibility is yours. In addition, you communicate safely and value-estimatingly, appreciate a strong team spirit and also like to introduce hands-on into operational topics
