Always on site: You know your objects like your west pocket and control technical and infrastructural measures with a clear view. You have the overview: You coordinate the maintenance, testing and all the operator requirements – everything is going according to plan. Damage and insurance cases? You know exactly what to do and take over the entire process. You are the interface – whether tenants, lawyers, authorities, insurance companies or external service providers: You hold all threads in your hand. You can recognize optimizations in no time: You see where more technical and economic can be found. Pay professional: With budget planning, costs and appointments you have everything in your grip – your controlling sits.

You have an apprenticeship as a real estate businessman (m/w/d), real estate specialist (m/w/d), a degree with a focus on real estate, or the motivation to acquire the necessary qualification as part of a further training with a subsequent IHK examination. You work independently, accurately and profit-oriented – every step is in your hands. Your appearance is safe and professional, whether you talk to owners, tenants or authorities. Communication is your strength – whether written or oral, you always find the right words. You are flexible, you like to take responsibility and bring high performance. Your class B license will take you anywhere.
