With your expertise, you will deal with basic & individual matters on labour law, collective law and civil law. You are responsible for judicial disputes, competition proceedings and the processing of supervisory complaints, including internal and external correspondence. If necessary, you work with external law firms and are their first contact person.

Qualification: You have a completed scientific higher education (Uni‐Diplom/Master) of the law with competence to the judge's office (Fulljurist/in), 1st and 2nd legal state exams. Competences: You provide comprehensive knowledge of labour law and collective bargaining, as well as of civil servant law, including its sub-areas, and relevant public service professional experience would be beneficial. You have extensive knowledge of the right of representation, the right of persons with disabilities and equality. Your knowledge and experience in dealing with Microsoft Office products are well-founded and you are familiar with structured, digital storage systems. Other: You also work independently, carefully and targeted at increased work. You bring the ability to work quickly into changing tasks. Their expressiveness in word and writing is very good and you have a pronounced communication capability.
