At the next time, we are looking for an experienced Head of Facility Management (m/w/d) for use at the company's main location. In your key position, your team will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the technical and commercial facility management at several locations of the group. With direct reporting to the company owner, you are part of the company's strategic management team and make an important contribution to the further development of the real estate portfolio. With your team, you will implement cross-company projects in the areas of energy efficiency and sustainability around the real estate, its maintenance and further development, and will support internal and external stakeholders at eye level. Strategic and operational management of facility management at several company locations Support of all company-owned and leased commercial properties in Facility Management incl. Maintenance Proactive driving of energy management and sustainability issues Technical building management for all properties in compliance with statutory requirements Leadership of cross-company projects in real estate and facility management Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of a team of 20 people Interface between internal departments and the management in all matters relating to the real estate of the company

successfully completed studies in one of the areas of facility management, utility, building technology or energy and environmental management; alternatively successfully completed comparable training with corresponding further training Including professional experience in technical and commercial facility management and building management Professional knowledge in project management as well as in the management of complex projects for maintenance and further development of commercial properties Insufficient experience in producing companies, ideally in the environment of food/food, chemistry or pharmaceutical Very good time management, negotiation skills and enforcement strength Embossed commercial and entrepreneurial thinking and hands-on mentality Authentic team player with modern, motivating leadership style and open, honest communication Excellent knowledge of German in word and writing
