Coordination, monitoring and documentation of deficiencies and repair measures Assessment of quality problems and building damage and drafting of opinions Control of the expiry of the warranty periods, initiation and execution of subsequent visits Responsibility for coordination, implementation and documentation of regular object visits and site audits for quality assurance in the warranty phase Ensure order assignment and delivery with necessary replacement measures, including subsequent audit Regular exchange with tenants:inside, house management, service providers:inside and internal specialist departments

Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering, real estate management or technically comparable training or Education First professional experience in warranty management Expressed analytical thinking capacity for precise determination and clarification of causes in case of warranties Good knowledge of construction law and construction engineering Safe handling of MS Office applications; Knowledge of SAP as well as in BIM4You or PlanRadar Argumentation and conviction strength as well as self-confident appearance Communication strength, joy in team work and strong customer and service orientation
