As a management of our management consultancy, you are responsible for the strategic, technical and economic management of the Hessenring and Nordbayern-Sachsen-Thüringen regions, leading a decentralized team and gaining new consulting orders. Look forward to a responsible leadership task with great design playroom, close client contact and cross-departmental cooperation.

Strategic and economic control: You are responsible for the further development and sustainable development of management consultancy in your regions as well as their result, utilisation and cost-effectiveness Leadership and team development: You run your department with currently 5 employees professionally and disciplinaryly and develop a powerful, many-oriented team Development and Sales: You gain new consulting orders, develop existing client relationships and develop additional consulting potentials in your regions together with your team. You position our solutions from company and personnel planning, copy analysis, process documentation, start-up consulting and other business consulting fields Consulting and project business: You conduct and tax consulting projects, mainly in food retailing, from analysis and conception to successful implementation at the client Quality and standards: You ensure high-quality, efficient and economical performance, develop consulting processes and quality standards and establish new consulting products in your regions Interregional cooperation: You work closely with the relevant branch offices, the central unit management consultancy at national level and other departments of the ADS and ensure clear responsibilities and transparent information channels

You have successfully completed an economic or comparable study or have an equivalent qualification You bring several years of experience in business management consulting You have professional and disciplinary leadership experience and are safe to manage decentralised teams, projects and resources You have experience in the acquisition, management and economically successful implementation of demanding consulting and transformation projects You convince by entrepreneurial and sales strength, very good business knowledge and basic tax knowledge Ideally you know the processes and economic challenges in retail or food retail You communicate clearly and bindingly, work independently and result-oriented and develop your employees in need and potential-oriented You bring a high readiness to travel for your team and client’s regional support You have a safe handling of modern analysis, BI, ERP and CRM solutions You have the ability to derive concrete management, control and sales impulses from mandate data and mass data
