REQUIREMENTS

• You control and monitor production plants using Process control and ensure smooth operation Production process
• Before the start of production, you will check all the conditions and take over the cleaning and minor maintenance work Equipment
• You are responsible for the proper handling of raw materials, intermediate and final products according to quality standards (such as ISO, GMP and HACCP)
• You control product quality during running production and document all work steps completely and correct
• You recognize deviations in the production process, guide if necessary Countermeasures and report technical disturbances
• They actively participate in the continuous improvement of the Production processes, e.g. by optimizing setup and Cleaning times

PROFIL

• You have a completed training as a chemical agent (m/w/d),

Qualifications

• You bring at least two years of professional experience in production with and ideally in the care of several plants
• You have already worked with process control technology
• You have basic knowledge of work according to Quality standards ISO, GMP and HACCP
• You have a valid fork certificate, Flange guide license is desirable
• You have knowledge of German in word with a guarantee of negotiation and writing
• They are reliable, safety-conscious, team-oriented and independent
