Electrical Engineering Instructor (m/f/d)

You accompany and supervise our trainees in the field of electrical engineering from the application process to the successful completion of training You provide theoretical and practical knowledge in accordance with the training framework and promote the professional and personal development of trainees. You plan, organize and take over the implementation of teaching units and projects You work confidently with vocational schools and other educational partners You are actively involved in the further development and optimisation of our training programmes.

Graduated training in the field of electrical engineering with subsequent master qualification / network master (m/w/d) and thus the certificate as trainer (m/w/d) with training examination (AEVO) Multiannual experience in energy technology / energy supply Educational skill and joy in working with young people Good communication and organisational skills and team skills and commitment Structured and independent working style
