To strengthen our secretariat for the cross-site clinic for general,- visceral,- and tumor surgery, we are looking for a dedicated and reliable Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in full or part-time

Our Clinic for General,- Visceral,- and Tumor Surgery is part of the Visceral Medical Center Cologne and stands for modern, powerful medicine with extensive expertise in visceral tumor surgery with focus on intestinal, liver and pancreas surgery. A key prerequisite for high-quality and efficient patient care is a clearly structured, well-organized secretariat as a primary contact for our patients and internal and external cooperation partners.

Get to know us! Our Cellitinnen-Severinsklösterchen Hospital of Augustinians: We are a traditional and modernly equipped Catholic hospital of regular care in Cologne city centre. We are an academic teaching hospital of the University of Cologne and have 300 plan beds with the clinics for general, visceral, thorax and accident surgery, gynecology and birth aid, internal medicine with the focus on gastroenterology/infectiology, cardiology and internalist intensive medicine as well as pneumology and respiratory medicine, orthopedics, anaesthesia. Organisation and coordination of the secretariat with appointment management for chief and senior physicians Telephone and written correspondence with patients, instructors and internal departments as well as the preparation, processing and dispatch of medical letters, op reports and other medical correspondence Preparation, organisation and preparation of meetings and conferences Participation in the further development of processes in patient management

Complete vocational training as medical professionals, health professionals or comparable commercial training Ideally professional experience in the secretariat of a hospital or a medical institution Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) knowledge in Orbis of advantage Organisational skills, discretion and a high degree of responsibility Friendly and safe occurrence as well as team skills
