• General management of the Youth Hostel Gotha and implementation of our Youth Hostel philosophy

• Staff management: operational planning, motivation and development of the team

• Ensuring high quality standards in all areas

• Economic management: accounting, planning, procurement

• Friendly guest support and active cooperation

• Planning and implementation of leisure and adventure offers

• Complete training in hotels and restaurants or comparable qualifications

• Experiences in Hotellerie/Gastronomie, ideally shared

• Leadership, Communication Strength, Enforcement

• Quality and service-oriented mode of operation, durable and packing

• Sovereign handling of modern means of communication, computer and office applications

• German fluent in word and writing, English knowledge of advantage
