Head of patient management of the daily clinic and peristational area Professional & disciplinary guidance of the team in the daily business Active cooperation in day-to-day operations, including peak loads and personnel failures Control of patient intake incl. Waiting list management, prioritization and allocation and scheduling in individual and group therapy Planning and organisation of therapy offers (in particular group therapies) in close coordination with therapists:inside and other administrative areas Ensuring a smooth practice operation including scheduling and administrative patient reception, if necessary also with local cooperation Treatment and coordination of psychotherapy applications Introduction and support of new team members as well as participation in staff selection Ensuring quality standards, co-designing and optimising workflows in your own area, and instructing the team into the software applications used

Completed commercial training or medical training Min. two years of operational experience with high coordination effort Ideally first experience in practice management Founded leadership experience in the development & leadership of teams High sensitivity in direct dealing with mentally ill people Self-employed, conscientious working Outstanding organizational capacity Enforcement and flexibility Secure handling of digital systems (e.g. MS Office), IT affinity and openness for new applications Flowing German knowledge in Word and Writing (Mother language or C1 level)
