What we plan together: As part of your internship at REWE Group Buying, you will get deep insights into the field of Knowledge & Collaboration. As an organizational and cross-process functional area, we help shopping to solve strategic issues and to simplify day-to-day business through knowledge, training concepts and innovative instruments. We professionalize project implementation and take operational project responsibility as experts for methodology, structure and project management. Your support will be of great importance in knowledge management, especially in knowledge creation and communication. We also act as an enabler for the purchasing processes in our IT applications and are responsible for the REWE Group Buying Service Center.

What you do with us: You work independently, but not alone: in the team we work together on a targeted ability of the shopping staff with clear areas of responsibility Your creativity distinguishes you: Support in creating and designing e-learning courses and with the help of the web-based software Articulate, AdobeCreator, you take the creation and toning of our explaining videos. You’ll show commitment: You’ll develop ideas on how complex topics or facts can be easily explained and presented taking into account the different didactic formats. Development of interactive learning modules and multimedia content. Integration is important to you: you work with different areas and get to know the group more closely.

You are a student of business, economics, media sciences or a comparable course of studies and have a high degree of creativity. You have a high level of quality at your work and like to proactively introduce yourself with your own ideas and have already gained first experience with e-learning tools, especially Articulate and Adobe Creative Suite. You're studying at least two semesters. A secure and routined handling of the current MS Office applications and ideally first experiences on Adobe Creative Cloud (Audition, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) complete your profile.
