As part of our Strategy and Transactions team at Frankfurt/Main or Munich, you will advise our customers on strategic issues relating to commercial due diligence and private equity. You can do a variety of tasks: You are analysing companies and value chains in the context of corporate transactions for our national and international customers: in the field of financial services. You prepare market and competition analyses as well as commercial due diligence reports, often as part of multidisciplinary, integrated due diligence teams. You identify value-added potentials and develop targeted measures together with private equity investors or corporate management teams, e.g. the transformation of business models including new customers:inside, markets or distribution channels or the efficiency increase of internal structures (costs, finance, IT, governance, regulatory, etc.). You conduct projects (external for customers: internally in business development and private equity target suites) and motivate your team to work together on challenges and new ideas while promoting the professional and personal development of your team members.

You have at least four years of professional experience in consulting with a focus on transactions and value enhancement, preferably focusing on the financial services sector. You have collected an above-average university degree in business administration or business studies and experience abroad during your studies or through professional practice. You have very good communication and negotiation skills in German and English (at least. C1 level) and secure handling of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as relevant AI tools.
