Support us as an Operations Assistant (m/w/d) We are looking for an operating assistant (m/w/d) for the operation of Yard Logistik in full time. This activity is carried out at the Leverkusen site.

Your main tasks: Processing and coordination of general commercial and administrative processes within Yard Logistics

Support in the documentation of logistical processes and services

Analysis of complaints and participation in the development of appropriate measures

Participation in internal and external audits, traceability of deviations, support in corrective measures, and maintenance of quality-relevant documents and evidence

performing tasks as a data protection coordinator in the field of responsibility, in particular to support the implementation of data protection-relevant requirements, to raise awareness in the field of expertise and to coordinate data protection-related topics with internal interfaces

Planning and coordination of various operational and operational dates and meetings

Participation in the planning and execution of training of staff including Documentation

Monitoring, development and implementation of technical and organisational protective measures for safe workflow and plant operation

Creation and updating of emergency plans, prevention plans, safety assessments and safety reports (measures and behavioural regulations outside and within the factory premises)

Participation in the creation of work instructions and implementation of risk assessments (e.g. Industrial Safety Act and, Safety Regulation, Technical Rules)

Perception of the function as a quality manager in the field of expertise, in particular to support in ensuring, documentation and further development of quality-relevant processes and standards

Ensuring proper and contractually regulated settlement including the necessary data management and contract installation

Participation in budget planning, price calculation and cost-effectiveness calculation, analysis and monitoring of operating parameters

Acquisition of QB activities and IMS responsibility for operation

Organization and responsibility for the digital storage of operational documents

Planning and implementation of small business projects

Complete business studies with the focus on logistics / controlling or commercial training with multi-year professional experience in the above-mentioned field of activity

Professional experience in administrative, commercial or logistical activities is advantageous

Structured, careful and self-responsible operation

Basic understanding of data protection and quality requirements and willingness to carry out appropriate additional tasks responsibly

Safe handling of MS Office programs (e.g. Word, Excel, etc.)

SAP knowledge

Driving licence Kl. B desirable

Good knowledge of English, any other foreign language is desirable and advantageous
