You take over the professional and organizational leadership of a twelve-member development team including external freelancers divided into two teams. Together with the Technical Director and the IT product management that is under construction, you can control the modernization of our applications and develop structures, working methods and cooperation in a targeted manner. You combine technological vision with clear leadership and ensure a sustainable development organisation. This means Disciplinary and professional leadership of two development teams Team PHP with focus on Vue.js, Laravel and DevOps Team Legacy with focus on Centura, Gupta and Oracle PL/SQL

Control and further development of our technological target architecture (Vue.js in the frontend, C#.NET / PHP in the business logic) Responsibility for modernising our application landscape and transforming legacy systems into modern architectures Close cooperation with the Technical Director and the IT product management structuring, prioritization and control technical requirements across both teams Ensuring code quality, architecture, stability and sustainable technical decisions Development of agile working methods (e.g. Scrum) together with Product Ownern Professional cooperation with internal departments and external partners and service providers Active promotion of the professional and personal development of your employees

Complete study of computer science, economic informatics or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in software development and/or leadership of development teams Very good understanding of modern software architecture and professional software development Experience in the web and backend environment, e.g. with frontend frameworks, REST, relational databases, CI/CD and DevOps Practical experience with one or more of the following technologies: Vue.ja, Laravel/PHP, JavaScript, C#.NET, Oracle/PLSQL Experience in the migration and modernization of legacy systems Knowledge of agile working methods (e.g. Scrum) and cooperation with Product Ownern Structured, pragmatic and responsible procedures Impressed communication skills and joy in developing teams and shaping change
