The municipal child, youth and family help Frankfurt am Main is an own company of the city of Frankfurt am Main. There is also a youth room, billiard and table-kicker room, PC room, games console station, kitchen, disco and girl's room, a wooden and a creative workshop as well as a terrace for grilling and chilling. Our beach club with beach volleyball and beach occer expands the offer outside. The open program is complemented by changing projects, such as rappens, boxes or creative formats, oriented to the current interests of young people. Implementation of open youth work in the tea and youth club of the institution (11–27 years, with a focus on the age group up to 21 years) Conception, implementation and further development of gender-specific offers for girls aged 11–21 years Development and implementation of projects for teenies and young people – e.g. in sports, creative or media education Planning and implementation of low-swelling, non-formal educational opportunities in open areas Organisation and support of the monthly “Open Saturdays” in the establishment Planning and accompaniment of multi-day (included) holiday periods, holiday programs, excursions, tournaments, district festivals etc. Support for young people in school requirements and advice, among others, on career orientation and application organize and accompany mobile and looking offers in the district as needed Representation in the children's house or on the adventure playground and co-design of the offers there organisational and administrative activities Social-space-oriented work, networking and participation in working groups

completed university studies (Bachelor) Department of Social Work or professional related discipline with relevant professional experience or state recognition as a social pedagogue:Social pedagogue or Social worker:in Experience in working with young people, as far as possible in open work for children and youth strong communication capability both in the team and towards the visitors good professional knowledge in the field of open child and youth work, the development of children and adolescents and methods of group work and deescalation readiness for regular evening and weekend work estimating, consequent and clear handling of young people and joy in dealing with them Individual initiative, reflectivity, creativity, temporal flexibility and an empathic basic attitude a resilient personality and comprehensive willingness to use, in particular in the challenging relationship work with young people and in dealing with conflicts Ability to work independently as well as team-oriented very good German knowledge, comparable to level C1 of the European reference framework (GER) Skills in diversity and inclusion Social media skills safe handling of current MS Office programs
