For our Group IT, we are looking for you as a reinforcement in IT Commercial Governance – focusing on the commercial planning, control and control of our IT services and IT initiatives.

Implementation and further development of financial and business planning, control and control processes to support the strategic objectives of the IT organization

Conception and introduction of new business processes in the IT environment and coordination with relevant interfaces and monitoring of implementation

Responsibility for the operational planning of services and costs in Group IT, including OPEX and investment planning, as well as independent determination and analysis of business performance indicators

Self-elaboration and coordination of improvements of existing planning and controlling procedures to secure earnings

Ensuring and further developing standards and guidelines for cost accounting and cost accounting in the IT environment as well as analysis of interfaces for efficiency enhancement.

Implementation of detailed economic analysis and investment assessments for IT services and initiatives to analyse the consequences of cost-cutting and optimization measures

Close cooperation with specialist areas, project management and management in commercial issues, in particular in the field of IT projects and IT services

Graduate in Business Administration, Digital Business Management or Business Informatics

Founded professional experience in dealing with complex commercial processes and international interfaces

Extensive knowledge in controlling, cost accounting and cost-effectiveness analyses, ideally in IT or technology

Impressed capacity for independent processing of complex business issues and safe handling of large volumes of data for management decisions

Very good knowledge in MS Office as well as good user knowledge in SAP R/3 or SAP S/4HANA and ideally in adjacent planning tools

High self-responsibility and independent working combined with strong team and cooperation capability as well as strong planning and organisational competence.

Sovereign appearance and communication strength in the international and interdisciplinary environment, with the ability to adequately assess risks and provide sound basis for decisions

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
