As part of APAS, you plan, tax & implement long-term strategic initiatives for the key talent segments of the Allianz Group in Germany together with ambitious and highly qualified colleagues. This is what awaits you as HR personnel officer (m/w/d) Written and telephone consultation of employees and executives on personnel topics such as occupational retirement, remuneration and travel costs in German and English Continuous further development of professional competence Acquisition of topical responsibility within the meaning of a professional contact person Working in different project/work groups, both in-house and across teams Coordination with other units within HR Operations@APAS to develop solutions for our customers: In addition, your know-how in process optimization is very much in demand: Our focus is on customer orientation

You're bringing this to HR (m/w/d) You have a successfully completed university degree (Bachelor) and/or completed vocational training You are a communication-strong personality, happy to show your own initiative and work independently and conscientiously Your strengths include solution-oriented, structured work and organizational skills - even under time pressure You like dealing with modern digital communication media and channels You have a high customer and service orientation and have a lot of pleasure in working in a great team You can handle MS-Office programs safely and have first experiences with SAP Openness for creative and innovative solutions as well as joy in dealing with pioneering technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT. Very good English and fluent German skills complete your profile
