Factory Controller (m/f/d)

In this key position, you are the central economic partner for the Lünen plant and for 2 other works and contribute significantly to the optimization of production efficiency and cost control. You support the factory management independently in all business matters. The preparation and examination of the monthly and annual accounts as well as the reporting and presentations are part of your task. The analysis and evaluation of the production characteristics and the derivation of optimization measures are your responsibility. You create budget and forecast planning and take over the review and analysis of deviations. The standard cost calculation in SAP and the support for costing calculations are your responsibility. Close cooperation and support for production, logistics and technology, in particular for projects and factory goals. You are driving forward the further development of the controlling instruments (SAP: S/4 HANA, SAC). The optimization of reporting processes completes your task profile.

You have completed university studies (Bachelor/Master) in business administration, economic engineering or comparable. Alternatively, you have a commercial training with further training to the controller IHK, balance sheet holder. You have at least 3-5 years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in production/plant controlling. Experience in the food industry would be beneficial. You will be able to provide information on cost accounting, costing and budget planning. Very good SAP skills (s/4 Hana: modules CO, FI and ideally SAC) as well as advanced Excel knowledge and safe handling of MS Office. You possess a pronounced analytical thinking capacity and affinity for numbers. A structured, independent, cooperative and solution-oriented way of working as well as a very good communication and team capability are shown. A high own initiative, resilience, motivation for further development and a readiness to travel for the assigned works complete your profile.
