You can do this with us: Technical operation & maintenance Ensuring the smooth operation of all technical installations within JVA Maintenance, maintenance and repair work Heating, sanitation, ventilation, electrical and safety systems Fixing technical disorders and execution of small craft work Support for reconstruction, renovation and modernisation measures

Coordination & foreign companies Monitoring, monitoring and coordination of subcontractors and other companies Check compliance with safety, work and enforcement rules

Security & Order Strict compliance with the special safety and enforcement requirements of a judicial enforcement institution Notification of safety-relevant defects, disturbances or vulnerabilities Responsible handling of tools, materials, keys and access regulations Ensuring order, cleanliness and safety in the work area

Organization & documentation Documentation of all maintenance, repairs and other company operations Support in planning, pre- and post-processing of external work Material management and participation in the procurement of spare parts Close cooperation with the executive and internal departments Takeover of other technical tasks as required

We wish you:

• Completed training as plant mechanic HKLS (w/m/d), central heating and ventilation manufacturer (w/m/d) or gas-water installer (w/m/d), electrician (w/m/d) or in an art-related structure (e.g. refrigeration technology) connected with practical experience
• Advantages are knowledge of building systems
• Flexibility and independent and responsible operation
• Fun at contact with colleagues and customers and at demanding facilities
• Immigrant guidance certificate
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Driving license class 3 / B
• Safe handling of the PC
